I joined the United States Marine Corps after a year at CCC. upon graduating from Boot Camp I started logistics. My first unit was the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command. From there I deployed to Afghanistan in 2008. On August 4, 2008 I was wounded in combat from an improvised explosive device.
